FAULTY ITEMS ONLY
Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repairer exchange faulty items. Please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a credit note if the item can’t be replaced or repaired, which includes the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
It's a MUST to send us an email to email@example.com with the order number and your name to request are turn within 3 days after received the product.

Please remember to ask the post office/the appointed carrier for a proof of posting certificate and keep if safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot send a credit note if we do not receive your parcel.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned package, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will automatically be issued credit note as same form as the original payment, within 7 working days.
- All returned items must be unworn and unwashed merchandise. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be processed.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except faulty items.
